White or almost white powder, chlorinated by PVC, the chlorinated
content of CPVC is 10% higher than that of PVC. The maximum use
temperature of product made by CPVC comes up to 93~110℃. ED-Z500
owns much of the fineness performance of PVC. Besides, it also has
other characteristics, including excellent resistant ability in
corrosion caused by acids, alkali, salt, fatty acid salt, oxidants
and the halogens, heat-resisting, flame retarding, higher
mechanical strength, better electrical property and so on.
Therefore, CPVC can replace some traditional engineering plastics
in some territories, such as chemistry, building material,
electrical equipment and adhesive.
It is applied for Extrusion processing, can be widely used in CPVC
pipelines with different caliber size. The main application domain
is: heat resisting and corrosion resisting pipelines used in
chemistry industry, CPVC drive pipes laying underground, which can
stand with High Voltage Electric Power, hot and cold water
pipelines, foamed Materials, etc.

ventilated warehouse with stack height no more than 10 bags and
avoid solarization, damp and takes strict precautions again stress.
